Newly Hired Employees and Lecturers' Training

For newly hired employees and lecturers, it is mandatory to participate in training sessions held once a month. This training is compulsory for those who have become employees or lecturers during that month.

The training content includes

  5. Brief introduction to top management, faculty members, bureaus, and all departments
  6. Description of staff benefits:

  10. Regulation of mutation process

For all new employees, including both lecturers and staff, it is also mandatory to complete the 101-development module, which is designed to harmonize knowledge and heart so that they can serve together as a unified Petranesian community. Module 101 contains materials related to:

Special Training for New Lecturers

For lecturers, an additional training session is provided once a year. Specifically, this training is mandatory for newly hired lecturers during that year.
